Manas Itene is a Nigerian-born drummer, singer, and songwriter whose musical journey spans decades and continents.
He began drumming at the age of six and joined the pioneering reggae band The Mandators at just 16. Since then, Manas has performed at legendary venues and festivals around the world, including Glastonbury, Red Rocks, and Bonnaroo with Michael Franti & Spearhead. He has also collaborated with acclaimed artists including Mickey Hart of the Grateful Dead, Pat Monahan of Train, Speech of Arrested Development, and Babatunde Olatunji.
